Database changes:

Adds a table called xf_andy_redirect_manager to your database.

Q: Who can use the Redirect manager?
A: Only a super admin can use the Redirect manager to add, edit or delete redirects.

Q: Is it required to make an exact match of the old URL?
A: Yes.

Q: Which type of redirect code is returned?
A: A 301 redirect code is returned.
