I realize the default Google Analytics in Magento 2.4.3 doesn't work if the customer browser has AdBlock, hope this extension can override this issue. Let me give it a try.

@vanessalimabriro You can't imagine how much I appreciate your sharing. I just realized I have the old version that is not compatible with the latest Magento v2.4.3. Try everywhere to find the newer version of this extension. Hopefully this one would solve the problem for me. Again thank you...
