[AndyB] Remove two step verification 1.1

Removes the Two-step verification option.
Visitor tab -> Password and security

(Example after add-on is installed)

Installation:

1. Download Andy-RemoveTwoStepVerification-1.0.zip and unzip it.
2. Copy the src/addons/Andy/RemoveTwoStepVerification directory to your server.
3. From the Admin Control Panel Install the add-on.
