Pay What You Want 1.0.2

This resource will allow users to purchase a file by paying a price they feel is fair. The file will still have its regular price, but the sender of the file will be able to set a minimum price for it, so users won't pay less.

Permission:
The administrator will set which user groups can enable this feature in their files for each category.
