Mentions Enhancements - allow admins to EXCLUDE user groups from being mentioned on IPS 4.2.

This plugin will allow admins to EXCLUDE user groups from being mentioned on IPS 4.2. User from selected groups will also be able to disable mentions individually on Account Settings.

Settings:

• Exclude groups
• Groups allowed to disable mentions
