Fix copy protection to XFRM resource error in 1.1

1. XFRM (XenForo Resource Manager) Support:
   • Extended copy protection to XFRM resource description pages, resource updates, and review content.
   • Added dedicated permission under Resource Manager permissions: FX - CopyShield: Lock resource content.
2. Form Input Bypass Fix (Regression Prevention):
   • Added smart element detection (isInputElement) for <input>, <textarea>, Froala Editor (.fr-element, .js-editor), and [contenteditable="true"].
   • Users can type, select (Ctrl+A), copy (Ctrl+C), cut (Ctrl+X), and paste (Ctrl+V) freely inside input fields without triggering protection blocks.
3. New Admin CP Options:
   • Lock first post only: Choose whether to lock only opening posts or all posts in threads.
   • Enable protection for XFRM (Resource Manager): Toggle copy protection specifically for XFRM pages.
   • Block Developer Tools & View Source shortcuts: Toggle blocking of developer inspection keys (F12, Ctrl+Shift+I/J/C, Ctrl+U, PrintScreen, Ctrl+S, Ctrl+P).
4. Glassmorphic Toast Alert & Print Shield:
   • Modern floating toast notification with smooth 2.2s auto-fade animation.
   • @media print rules automatically hide protected content when printing web pages.
