Google Customer Reviews enables you to easily add the badge code and orders confirmation module on your shop. It will also allow you to gather feedback from your customers following their purchase.
The Google Customer Reviews program lets shoppers know that participating shops provide a great shopping experience and excellent customer service—giving them the confidence to make a purchase. Shops that qualify for the Google Customer Reviews program will display the Google Customer Reviews badge on their sites as well as annotated to their Google Shopping results and their Product Listing Ads.

A Google Customer Reviews shop will display the badge of the same name on each page of their site. Customers that click on the badge will see an expanded badge with additional details about the Google Trusted Stores program. Google Shopping seller ratings may also appear on the expanded badge, as well as a link to the reviews associated with your store.

ORDER CONFIRMATION MODULE
The order confirmation module allows customers to opt-in to the Google Customer Reviews program and also transmits the necessary transaction information to Google. Because this module triggers the purchase protection opt-in and the Google Customer Reviews customer survey opt-in, the order details in this module must be accurate to the best of your ability.

METHOD OF CALCULATING DATES SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
To be eligible for the program, the merchant must provide for each order a shipping date and accurate delivery. The module automatically calculates the following dates the following configuration settings :
- average delivery time (configurable for each carrier installed)
- cut off so that it is supported by the carrier the same day (configurable for each carrier installed)
- days of delivery of the carrier (configurable for each carrier installed)
- calendar of holidays / vacation
- additional processing time (if all of the control products are in stock)
- additional processing time (if one or more products of a command are not in stock)
- exceptional processing time (for peak periods like Christmas)
- force the stock (simulate a product out-stock in stock in order to obtain the shortest possible time)
- closing days of your order shipping service
