* Restored "Alter main query to use EXISTS rather than LEFT JOIN" under Advanced as a disabled-by-default beta, with corrected multi-term AND and mixed-OR handling
* Added a disabled-by-default one-extra-row pagination lookahead under Remove SQL_CALC_ROWS, applied only to completed SQL after other query builders to avoid duplicate `LIMIT` clauses
* Fixed beta lookahead totals for queries with explicit offsets so the reported page count includes the skipped rows
