Installation:

1. Download Andy-ModerateNewMembers-1.0.zip and unzip it.
2. Copy the src/addons/Andy/ModerateNewMembers directory to your server.
3. From the Admin Control Panel Install the add-on.

Questions and Answers:

Q: If either condition is met in the options page, will the member be able to post without moderation?
A: Yes.

Q: Are members with a secondary user group moderated?
A: No.
