Коробка для ремонта — это система для бронирования и управления услугами по ремонту. Где клиенты могут подать дефектные устройства, а техник может забрать их в мастерскую для ремонта и устранения физических проблем с устройством. Это очень чистый и простой интерфейс, где каждый техник может зайти в мастерскую для обработки заказов по ремонту, назначенных на конкретного техника. В мастерской техник может обновлять журнал ремонта с уведомлением клиента на каждой стадии ремонта.
