This agreement governs the rights, obligations, and quality assurance rules for users who purchase the Verified Seller user group on NullPro.
This is a one-time payment membership with 0% transaction fee for all resource sales. No recurring charges will be applied.
1. Membership Privileges
The Verified Seller user group only provides an official verified seller badge and exclusive user group title display.
No additional system functional permissions are included. All original platform selling rules still apply.
2. Fee Rule (Exclusive Benefit)
Verified Sellers enjoy a permanent 0% platform handling fee for all resource sales.
The one-time activation fee is $49, which is a service charge for identity certification and badge display.
3. Seller Quality Assurance (SQA) Standards
To maintain platform service quality, all Verified Sellers must comply with the following maintenance rules:
1. Buyer Inquiry Response: Respond to all buyer messages and after-sales consultations within 7 calendar days.
2. Dead Link & Broken Resource Fix: Repair invalid download links, damaged files or faulty resources within 5 calendar days after user feedback.
3. Version Update Obligation: For mainstream updated software/plugins, sellers shall supplement new version resources within 30 days of official version release.
4. Inactivity & Status Revocation Rules (Standard Community Cycle)
Verified Seller status is valid permanently in active status.
If the account is completely inactive for 180 consecutive days, and the published resources are severely outdated, unmaintained or contain multiple invalid links, the platform reserves the right to revoke the Verified Seller badge and privileges.
5. Dispute & Compensation Mechanism
In case of buyer disputes caused by the seller’s failure to update resources, long-term unresponsive after-sales, or invalid resources:
- The platform has the right to initiate user compensation (credits or partial resource access rights) for affected buyers.
- For serious repeated violations, the platform may directly cancel the Verified Seller qualification.
6. No Refund Clause (Core One-Time Fee Rule)
The $49 Verified Seller certification fee is a one-time service fee for identity certification and title display.
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including status revocation, manual cancellation, account inactivity or rule violation.
7. Rule Priority
All SQA rules supplement the NullPro community basic user agreement. Any content not covered herein shall be subject to the official community rules.
